Inside trashcans
Outside trashcans
Evidence of rodents and insects
HVAC
Carpets
Flooring
Rugs
Laundry system
Bedroom/ bed
Bathrooms (toilets and showers/tubs)
Airfilters
Movement aids (walker, cane, etc.)
Outside lawn maintenance (back and front)
Smoke detectors
We also provide a recommended list of service providers in the area just for our concierge members (ex., cleaning service, lawn care, handymen, meal coordination), and will help book and coordinate these needed appointments.
Both the care recipient and emergency contact will receive the PDF document of our visit note, where we lay out our findings and recommendations.
