Who We Are
Aging can bring new questions, responsibilities, and decisions, not only for older adults, but for the families who love them.
FamilyBridge: Aging Advisors helps make the practical side of aging in place easier to navigate.
We help families stay organized, understand their options, navigate resources, communicate more effectively, and follow through on the details that can become difficult to manage alone.
For families who live at a distance, have demanding schedules, or want another trusted person nearby. FamilyBridge can also provide something especially valuable:
“A familiar local presence and an extra set of eyes and ears”
Our goal is simple: help older adults and their families feel more informed. More connected and more confident about the road ahead.

Experience You Can Trust. Support The Feels Personal
Stuart Young
As the Founder of FamilyBridge Aging Advisors, I have dedicated my career to helping families navigate the complexities of aging with confidence, compassion, and trusted guidance. With more than 30 years of experience in hospice, home health, and senior care, I have built organizations centered on delivering exceptional care while supporting families through life's most important transitions. As the co-founder of Traditions Health, I helped grow the organization from serving just 40 patients to becoming one of the nation's leading providers of hospice and home health services across 16 states, always keeping patient dignity and family support at the heart of every decision.
My background spans executive leadership, healthcare operations, strategic growth, and pastoral care, giving me a unique perspective on both the practical and emotional challenges families face. I earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University and a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, combining business expertise with a lifelong passion for serving others.
I believe every family deserves an advocate who listens first, communicates honestly, and provides clear direction during uncertain times. My goal is to simplify the aging journey by connecting families with the right resources, empowering them to make informed decisions, and ensuring they never feel alone throughout the process.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, two adult children, and beloved dogs; watching football in the fall and basketball in the winter and spring; serving my community; and building meaningful relationships with the people I meet. I believe the strongest partnerships begin with trust, compassion, and taking the time to truly understand each family's unique story.
Founder
I serve as the Director of Family Services with a deep commitment to supporting families through the often overwhelming journey of elder care. Originally from the College Station area, I attended Baylor University, where I pursued degrees in Business Administration and History. I bring both a strong foundation in leadership and a genuine passion for serving others. As a Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist (CAPS) through the National Association of Home Builders, I am dedicated to helping families navigate the many decisions that come with aging while ensuring their loved ones can live safely, comfortably, and with dignity.
My background in entrepreneurship, customer service, and organizational leadership has shaped my approach to family advocacy. As a business owner, team leader, and community volunteer, I have learned the importance of listening carefully, communicating clearly, and building relationships founded on trust and compassion. I believe every family deserves someone who not only understands the practical side of aging but also recognizes the emotional weight that often accompanies these life transitions. My goal is to make each step feel more manageable by providing thoughtful guidance, reliable resources, and unwavering support. I take pride in simplifying complex situations, advocating for the needs of older adults, and helping families feel not just supported, but truly cared for throughout their journey.
Outside of work, I enjoy creating meaningful connections with clients through shared interests and everyday conversation. Whether we're talking about classic Disney movies, swapping favorite recipes, or sharing stories about my beloved dog, Bosley, I love finding common ground that helps clients feel comfortable and at ease. I believe these personal connections build lasting trust and create a warm, familiar presence that families can depend on during some of life's most important transitions.
